Clipboard: memorizza lo storico della pastboard su iPhone

Con il firmware 3.0 finalmente possiamo effettuare il copia/incolla su iPhone. Clipboard, creata da Allessandro Pappalardo, sfruttando proprio questa novità, consente di memorizzare tutto ciò che abbiamo copiato e creare così uno storico della pastboard, consultabile poi in qualsiasi momento e permanentemente.

Si tratta quindi di una funzione utilissima se ad esempio abbiamo la necessità di copiare più frasi o link, o semplicemente se dobbiamo conservare quelle espressioni e/o parole che usiamo più spesso nelle Mail, nelle note o nei semplici Sms.

Il funzionamento è molto semplice: basta copiare un qualsiasi testo utilizzando la nuova funzione del Fw 3.0 ed aprire Clipboard perhè tale testo si memorizzi automaticamente. Possiamo ripetere la stessa operazione per qualsiasi altra parola o frase che vogliamo, o anche copiare un link da Safari che verrà poi salvato nella voce “url” (mentre il semplice testo viene salvato in “Text”).

Per riprendere un link o una parola memorizzata in Clipboard basta cliccarci dal menù principale ed automaticamente verrà “copiata” per poi essere incollata in qualsiasi altra applicazione iPhone.

Le parole/frasi possono anche essere inviate via Mail, mentre i Link possono anche essere aperti direttamente tramite Safari.

Per la realizzazione di questa utility sono state utilizzate due nuove teconologie introdotte con OS 3.0: UIPasteboard per la pastboard di sistema e il Core Data Framework per la gestione della persistenza.

Posso dirvi che, per chi come me fa largo uso del copia/incolla, ClipBoard è una manna dal cielo (purtroppo Apple non consentendo il backgorund rende impossibile poter incollare il testo automaticamente, senza la necessità di aprire Clipboard…) e risulterà utile in tantissime occasioni.
